Onshore Static Filtration System
Versatile performance enhancing filtration solutions for onshore gas turbine and compressor applications.
Understanding the industrial and urban air quality challenges that can lower gas turbine and compressor performance and how to remedy these challenges to maximise efficiency and profitability.
This is due to a high concentration of hydrocarbons and industrial particles from energy production, vehicle traffic, industry, and building and demolition projects. These particles are invisible to the naked eye and typically fall between 0.01 and 10 microns (for reference, a human hair is approx. 50-70 microns in diameter).
Air quality can vary considerably, with some of the most challenging environments close to large industrial facilities such as foundries and steel mills.
In the final stage, EPA filtration efficiency is required to protect the gas turbine. Lower efficiencies will result in compressor fouling, which would then need to be removed by water washing the engine, reducing availability and component life.
EPA filtration will enable you to operate your gas turbine more efficiently, increasing availability, retaining power output, and reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions.
