Nuclear Side Access: TSC

Nuclear side access filter housing

The Nuclear TSC Side Access Filter Housing is especially suited for applications where air flow is typically 1,000 to 3,000 CFM and where specially qualified components, such as fan motor assemblies, demisters, electric heaters, filters, instruments, and special depth charcoal beds are required. Today, the Side Access: TSC is used in over 90% of the nuclear power plants in the US. It eliminates internal access space requirements, resulting in a much shorter, more compact filter housing. This is a particular advantage where available space is a limited.

In the AAF TSC Side Access Filter Housing components are located in a one element wide configuration to accommodate specified air flow. The housing is designed for the environmental and pressure conditions specified and is fully compliant with with ASME AG-1, ANSI/ASME N 509 and N 510.
